Rebecca Pfiffer is the founder of Remedi Laser and Remedi Training Academy, with 20 years’ experience in the beauty industry and 12 years specialising in advanced laser treatments, including laser hair removal and tattoo removal.
VTCT Level 4 qualified in Laser and Light, Rebecca combines hands-on clinical experience with a deep understanding of skin, hair growth and laser science. She also delivers CPD-accredited laser hair removal training, helping to raise standards across the industry through better education, safer practice and a stronger understanding of laser technology.
Her approach is simple: evidence-led treatment, honest advice, high-quality technology and results that speak for themselves.
Madi joined Remedi after completing her VTCT Level 2, 3 and 4 qualifications, followed by a full year of intensive training and shadowing alongside Rebecca before treating independently.
Now an experienced laser practitioner in her own right, Madi is known for her bubbly personality, meticulous approach and genuine care for every client. She is passionate about delivering safe, honest and results-driven treatments, while making sure every client feels comfortable, informed and confident throughout their laser journey.
